Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
PLEASE CONTACT US (Websales@animalcrackers.co.uk.) FOR A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. Only partial refunds will be granted where:
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is not in it's original and undamaged packaging.
- any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
Once your return is received and inspected refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. It may take longer for our credit to appear on your statements.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Websales@animalcrackers.co.uk.
We will replace items which arrive defective or damaged, providing proof of damage is provided. Please just contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
